We recently designed this iPhone app for Hard Rock’s new Punta Cana resort. The app allows guests to connect directly with concierge services, plan their itinerary, get updates on events and happenings and find their way around using location aware maps. Our mobile group was excited to work on the project and to apply some of our strategic thinking around the future of mobile solutions for the hospitality industry.
