The Platinum Guild International needed a website to upload a variety of PR-related media to be downloaded by the press while tracking usage of the files. iiD studied the organization’s needs and delivered a user experience and technology platform that allowed the brand to easily upload and categorize images, videos, press releases and other digital files while setting expiration dates and usage guidelines for better asset management.
For the press, it meant they have an intuitive way to search for files around specific filters and categories. For PGI to deal with the common PR challenge of not knowing how PR assets are being used, iiD provided an innovative solution to track who, when, how and what organization files are used by. The result was PGI could better understand the usage of their media to effectively plan and optimize their message and materials.
